Over the counter wise, I take Zantac or Pepcid. You may double up and take 2 at a time if you are really sick. You can just swallow these.
Maalox or Mylanta works well too.

Hello; Drink lots of ginger ale.try some dry crackers.There is another over the counter thing,but the name eludes now. Ask your pharmacy. go on WEb Med for advice or any other health line.they have folks who will answer questions too.Hope youfeel better,also depends on why your sick. Thurley

Ginger root is very good for soothing an upset stomach.

If you have insurance there’s a med called phenagran that will knock out vomiting right away. Ask your doctor about it

Tell your doctor to prescribe Bentyl. Is very effective. Also drink 7up or sprite with ice.

As far as pharmaceuticals go there are plenty. These are available by prescription: Tigan, Zofran, Compazine, and Anzemet.

Emerol. You can buy this over the counter at Walgreens, CVS, etc. It is made sepcifically for nausea and vomiting. It is a good thing to keep in your medicine cabinet. Also, I heard that a teaspoon of maple syrup has a similiar effect if you can get that down.
