Vomiting, Diarrhea, Headaches, and muscle aches?
I have a cousin who’s been sick for the past few days and for some reason she refuses to go see a doctor and I’m really worried about her.
Me and her live together, so I kind of know how much pain she was in. She woke up one morning with an aching pain on her upper stomach and she told me her stool was basically water with very dark color. A few minutes after she used the restroom that morning she went back in to vomit for another 10 minutes or so, and she told me she felt better.
Throughout the day she told me she had massive headaches, and refused to go see a doctor, and for the next few days she kept complaining how she didnt feel good, and her stomach still hurt whenever she looked at food. I asked her what she had the night before and she told me instant noodles and some eggs.
Then 2 days ago she started getting muscle cramps, not the soreness from working out, but just plain cramps.
I’m really worried about her, and if anyone could diagnose this with something please let me know, thanks.

Make sure she stays hydrated as vomiting and diarrhea can make you dehydrated, if she does not improve by the morning I would take her to his GP to make sure there is nothing seriously wrong, as those are quite worrying symptoms. If she overdosed on anything she needs to be rushed to hospital ASAP, as some things such as overdosing on Panadol/Tylenol can be fatal, due to acute liver failure.
Hope this helps. xx

Ensure that she is kept well hydrated. When an individual is ill in the conditions that you have described above, the individual loses many important salts that are needed for many functions in the body. A local chemist can recommend a additive that can be added to water to replace the salts lost from your cousin, or even just a sports drink, perhaps weakened down with water so it is not too sweet. If she does not improve within the next 3 days make sure she sees the doctor!

maybe your cousin has peptic ulcer disease based from what have you said dark colored stool, it happens because there is bleeding inside his stomach. The reason she has muscle cramps because of vomiting and diarrhea. Of course diarrhea losses electrolytes especially potassium that is the reason why she has muscle cramps because she has low potassium already. You have to take her to doctor so that the doctor could do laboratories or diagnostic exam and also the doctor could prescribe her medications. Secondly, you said she have eaten noodles and eggs maybe the egg is infected with bacteria that is why she has diarrhea and vomiting. So she has to go to the doctor to examine her stool is there a presence of bacteria , parasite or a blood. I hope I helped you. She need to go to doctor for stool exam, cbc, blood chemistry and etc

Influenza doesn’t cause vomiting or diarrhea. That’s a virus of another breed. or even a bacteria of some kind.
